Returns & Refunds policy

We want you to be happy with your art! If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of your order delivery date to set up replacement or refund arrangements. Email us with photos of the damage at jerryhernandezart@gmail.com to start the process for your refund or replacement. If an original painting arrives damaged, we can replace it with another painting of equal value or issue a refund once the damaged painting is returned.

Please note: We cannot guarantee purchases made through third-party retail outlets, but we do try our best to work with reputable companies that guarantee their work and products.

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping is included at no additional cost to addresses located within the continental United States. Shipping and tracking information will be sent to you as soon as it ships. However, we cannot ship to PO boxes, only physical addresses.
